Mandi Beck has been an avid reader all of her life. A deep love for books always had her jotting down little stories on napkins, notebooks, and her hand. As an adult she was further submerged into the book world through book clubs and the epicness of social media. It was then that she graduated to writing her stories on her phone and then finally on a proper computer.
A nursing student, mother to two rambunctious and somewhat rotten boys, and stepmom to two great girls away at college, she shares her time with her husband in Chicago where she was born and raised. Mandi is a diehard hockey fan and blames the Blackhawks when her deadlines are not met.
Love Hurts is her debut novel and she is currently working on the next in the series along with whatever other voices are clamoring for attention in her mind.

I can always be sure Mandy Beck will rock my world all I have to do is read her books and let her stories unfold.
When I first read Love Hurts I fell in Love with Deacon and Frankie's story but most importantly I fell inlove with Deacon.
So let me be honest when I say the anticipation while waiting for Love Burns was Killing me. But actually getting read it was worth the wait because Mandi has done it again and delivered and amazing story that will keep you enthralled and rooting for Frankie and Deacon's happily ever after.
As we all remember Love Hurts ended in a cliff hanger with an unwanted visitor from Frankie's past making an appearance and leaving us all in suspense.
Well Love Burns picks up exactly where Love Hurts left off. Giving us an intense start and continuing with an amazing development throughout the story.
Deacon and Frankie's love and relationship continues rocky because of their lack of communication. But also see the way they grow as they are both learning what a relationship really takes.
Deacon doesn't dissapoint he is still the cocky MMA Fighter that is ready to go to war for his girl. Still hot as hell with a filthy mouth that'll leave you melting on the spot. The humor in this book has only gotten better too if that's even possible.
However he is more intensely protective as his need to protect what's his grows. This is an amazing l I ve story f
I believe that no review or words can do Mandi's books justice. It's one of those things you have to experience for yourselves in order to let you imagination and perception of her words written take their journey.
Not to the Author: Mandi their are alot parts that absolutely made me feel emotional al and their were parts that had me absolutely blushing and thinking "Oh god where does she get all this from". But over all it was an amazing experience to get sucked into such a wonderful love story.
My rating for Love Burns 5+ if it were possible. And an absolute recommendation to anyone who loves a good a story full of Love, humor, hotness and intensity.
